"Presenter mode kept giving me trouble"
I tried using presenter mode during a client call and... yeah, it didn’t go great. It was lagging, and my notes weren’t showing up properly, which threw me off. I ended up switching over to Google Slides in the middle of the meeting just to keep things moving

"The updates made it harder to use"
I’ve been using beautiful.ai for a while and the newer updates have kind of messed with my workflow. Things are in different places now slides feel slower to load and a few templates don’t work the way I remember. I looked through the version history hoping there were fixes coming but it feels like more random changes than actual improvements. It’s just become more frustrating than helpful for me...

"Sharing my deck was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried sharing my deck, it got annoying fast. People kept having to request access, which just slowed everything down. Maybe I missed some setting, but I don’t think sharing a simple deck should be that much of a hassle.

"Font consistency was a letdown"
I was really hoping this would make keeping our slides polished and consistent easier, but it just didn’t live up to what was promised. Our fonts kept changing across different slides, and we ended up spending extra time fixing things manually. For something that’s supposed to help with presentation formatting, that was frustrating

"Pretty solid, even if I’m torn"
I’ve been loyal to my usual media library for a long time, so I wasn’t expecting to like this one as much as I did. The images are genuinely nice and easy to use, and overall it feels solid. I just wish there was a bit more variety, because that’s the one thing still making me hesitate to fully switch over

"Good, but could use more variety"
Beautiful.ai is easy to use, and clean the slides do look, so that part I liked. But I kind of expected more templates, honestly. After using it for a few decks, a lot of them started feeling the same to me. It does save time, for sure, but more styles for different kinds of presentations would be nice. Not bad overall, just for the price I was hoping a bit more.

"Slow Support and Unresolved Issue"
My experience was frustrating, to be honest. Support took days to get back to me, and even after waiting, my issue still wasn’t resolved. I had to keep following up just to get any kind of response, which made the whole process feel more difficult than it needed to be

"Makes slides easier to read"
I’ve been using beautiful.ai for making presentations, and it’s been helpful. The templates keep everything spaced out nicely, so the slides are easier to read without me messing around too much with the layout. Changing colors and adjusting the design is about as simple as I need it to be. Some of the keyboard controls still feel a little clunky to me, but overall it saves time and makes my slides look cleaner.

"Mobile version is honestly frustrating"
I tried fixing a deck from my phone and it was just painful. The slides kept jumping around, the text was so tiny to edit, and a bunch of the buttons felt hidden or just didn’t respond. Maybe it works better on desktop, actually, I’m sure it probably does, but on mobile it’s not usable for quick changes. I gave up after about 20 minutes.

"Felt like I was fighting the tool the whole time"
I thought beautiful was going to help me throw together slides faster, but it mostly just got on my nerves. The automated layout stuff kept deciding where things should go, and I felt like I was constantly wrestling with it instead of just moving things myself. Even simple edits took way longer than they should have because the templates kept getting in the way. I get that it’s supposed to be smart and helpful, but I really don’t like tools that try to take over. Just not for me.

"Nice slides, but the animations are limited"
I’ve used beautiful.ai for a few simple presentations, and overall it’s really easy to use. The slides come out looking clean without needing much effort, which is nice. But the animations and transitions feel basic, all presentation tools seem to either make this too simple or way too complicated. It works fine if you just need a straightforward deck, but I do wish there was more control to make things feel a little more polished.

"Maybe I’m Missing Something, but the Speaker Notes Barely Helped"
I’m not sure if I was doing something wrong, but my speaker notes kept disappearing during my presentation. It threw me off and made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. I kept second-guessing whether it was me or the app, but either way, the notes weren’t very useful when I actually needed them

"Nice-looking charts, but a bit too basic for me"
I tried Beautiful.ai for a few reports, and while the slides definitely look polished, the chart options felt limited to me. I had a hard time tweaking the data visuals the way I wanted. In my experience, it’s great if you just need something clean and simple, but not ideal if you’re looking for more serious visualization control

"Nice idea, but the integrations were frustrating"
I really wanted to like Beautiful.ai, but the integrations just didn’t work the way I hoped :/ Connecting it with the tools my team already uses felt limited and kind of clunky. We kept having to export things and re-upload them, which defeats the whole purpose. It might be fine if you’re using it solo, but for our workflow it ended up being more frustrating than helpful.

"Privacy settings still make me uneasy"
I’m not comfortable uploading company decks here anymore. The privacy settings feel a little sketchy, and I hate that I’m basically being forced to be patient and wait for things to feel safer instead of just knowing my files are protected.

"Nice Design, But Customizing Was Frustrating"
It looks really nice overall, and I was in a good mood when I first started using it. But once I tried making a few small custom changes, I kept running into layout issues. It felt like I was fighting the design more than actually editing it, which got frustrating quickly.

"I was hoping this would save me..."
I was hoping this would save me time, but the slides came out weird and didn’t really match what I asked for. What made it more frustrating was that the answers kept changing depending on how I asked, so I couldn’t tell what was actually right or useful. Overall, not worth it for me

"Struggled to get my slides organized"
I tried using beautiful.ai for a work deck, and maybe it’s just me, but I had a really hard time getting everything organized the way I wanted. The slides kept shifting things around, and I couldn’t make the sections flow in an order that felt right.
I can see it being useful for a really simple presentation, but once I had more information to fit in, it started feeling messy. I spent more time fixing layouts than writing the actual content, which kind of defeated the purpose, right?
